GATE 2027 will be conducted at various test centres across India. Although the examination will be held at different locations, IIT Madras, being the Organizing Institute, bears the overall responsibility of conducting GATE 2027. The examination is coordinated through zonal coordinating institutes that manage examination centres in their respective zones.
Important Note
In case of any claims or disputes arising with respect to GATE 2027, it is hereby made absolutely clear that the Madras High Court, Chennai, Tamil Nadu alone shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to entertain and settle them (as per the organizing institute for GATE 2027).

GATE 2027 is a Computer-Based Test (CBT). From 2014 onwards, GATE examination has become purely a computer-based test, eliminating the need for pen and paper.
